IN-STORE CONTEST: Magnetic Fields listening party

Courtesy of Variance Films, we'll be holding an in-store Magnetic Fields listening party on Wed. Nov 3 to celebrate the theatrical release of the new documentary film Strange Powers: Stephin Merritt and the Magnetic Fields (opening Thu. Nov 4 at TIFF Bell Lightbox), so drop by the shop to hear selections from the Magnetic Fields catalog, and stick around for giveaways and refreshments from 7pm on. Prizes to be given away will include:

-Two pairs of tickets to see the Toronto screening of Strange Powers at TIFF Bell Lightbox (one pair for Fri. Nov 5, one pair for Sat. Nov 6)
-One Strange Powers promo poster signed by Stephin Merritt
-Four unsigned Strange Powers promo posters
