With our co-sponsor Exclaim!, we're excited to announce the newest programming of the Toronto Public Libary's Make Some Noise series, as the Parkdale branch hosts a free, all-ages concert by Dusted and Rituals, and the Runnymede branch conducts a workshop with metal journalist Laina Dawes and special guests Garvia Bailey (host of CBC Radio One's Big City, Small World) and local musician Saidah Baba Talibah regarding the challenges and rewards of black female metal fandom and musicmaking.
